Working with Michael on the purchase of our first home was great. He takes the time to explain the small things about each process. Michael arrived at our signing with a busted and bleeding right hand; while running from his car to the title company, he tripped over a hidden curb in the parking garage.... that was the only time he was ever late. (3 minutes) He did not even go to the bathroom to clean up, just came right in, sat down and shook our left hands when we where home owners. What’s the phrase? Oh yeah, "Clients for life!"

Michael was beyond easy to work with. Always answered our questions immediately, didn't lead me astray, didn't try to hide anything from us always being up front and honest about everything. Would recommend to family, friends and anyone else looking for mortgage help.

I'd originally contacted the bank where I've been going for years when trying to get a loan. But after days of leaving voice mails and waiting for my application to be processed, my Realtor Stephen recommended that I call Michael saying he is fast and really knows his stuff ….. Stephen was right! Michael took my call on a Sunday afternoon, sent me a simple web based form, and then walked me through the trouble spots.
